MaintainingMelinda.com is a space created to help women and leaders tend what matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, join the email list, take a quiz, become a member, or make a purchase, and how that information is used and protected.
This website is owned and operated by Melinda Brillinger, a sole proprietor, and is built and managed through Jasmine Creatives, her creative agency. In this policy, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Melinda Brillinger. “You” refers to anyone who visits or uses the site.

Information you give me. When you sign up for an email, download a resource, take a quiz, fill out a form, apply for a program, register for an event, create an account, or make a purchase, I may collect:

- Purchase history and billing details such as your name and billing address
Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through Easy Digital Downloads. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on this website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools to collect basic information such as your browser type, device, general location, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site.
