Speaking
Who Is Tending You?
A keynote for the people who take care of everyone else.
Your people spend their days tending everyone else, the employees, the families, the hard conversations, and very few of them stop to ask who is tending them. When the giving never stops, it quietly turns into resentment, and resentment leaks into how we work, how we lead and how we show up at home.
In this keynote I walk alongside the room through the five pillars of The Bloom, Nourishment, Roots, Pruning, Cultivation and Seasonality, so each person can see where their own garden is parched and where it is thriving.
What to expect
- 65 to 75 minutes, in person or virtual
- A fit for HR and leadership teams, women’s groups, conferences, retreats and churches
- Every attendee takes home a permission slip and a short self assessment
What your people leave with
- The early signs of over giving, before it turns into resentment
- The one pillar that needs their attention right now
- One small next step they can take this week
