These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who visits this site, joins the email list, takes a quiz, becomes a Greenhouse Circle member, attends a session or program, or purchases anything here. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This website is owned and operated by Melinda Brillinger, a sole proprietor, and is built and managed through Jasmine Creatives, her creative agency. “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Melinda Brillinger.
Who Can Use This Site
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase, or join a program.
My Intellectual Property
Everything on this site was created with a lot of heart, and it belongs to me. The Bloom, The Bloom by Maintaining Melinda, the five pillar framework (Nourishment, Roots, Seasonality, Cultivation, and Pruning), the Neglected, Tended, and Untamed scale, Permission Slip Friday, Who’s Tending You?, The Greenhouse Podcast, The Greenhouse Circle, Seed to Sprout, Blooming Season, the book Blooming Again, Rooted in Nature, and all writing, quizzes, worksheets, journal prompts, permission slips, printables, audio, video, images, graphics, and course materials are the intellectual property of Melinda Brillinger and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
What you may do:
- Use purchased and member resources for your own personal growth
- Print one copy of a printable for your own personal use
- Share a short quote or a link to this site on social media, as long as you credit Maintaining Melinda and link back
What you may not do without my written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or post my content, in whole or in part, anywhere else
- Sell, resell, license, or give away my materials or anything based on them
- Use my framework, worksheets, scripts, or materials to coach, teach, train, or lead groups or clients
- Rebrand, adapt, or create derivative works from my content, including feeding it into AI tools to create similar products
- Share your login, member content, or program recordings with anyone else

Accounts and Memberships
If you create an account or join The Greenhouse Circle, you are responsible for keeping your login private and for all activity under your account. Memberships are for one person only. I may suspend or end access for anyone who shares their login, violates these terms, or is unkind or disruptive in the community, without a refund.
Payments and Recurring Billing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Memberships and payment plans renew automatically and are charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. By purchasing a recurring membership or payment plan, you authorize those ongoing charges.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because my programs, sessions, and digital resources are delivered right away or reserve a limited spot, all sales are final and no refunds are given. This includes digital downloads, Seed to Sprout sessions, Blooming Season, Corporate Pillar Intensives, and membership fees.
You may cancel a membership at any time from your account or by emailing me. Cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Payment plans are a commitment to the full program price and must be paid in full even if you stop attending.
If you miss a live session, please know that missed sessions are not refunded or credited. If I need to reschedule or cancel a session myself, I will offer you a new date or a credit.
Live Sessions, Programs, and Community
Our sessions and circles are spaces of trust. Please treat others with kindness and respect, and keep what other participants share confidential. Do not record, screenshot, or share live sessions or other members’ stories without permission. Sessions may be recorded by me for members to replay, and by joining you agree to that.
Comments and Things You Share
If you leave a comment, testimonial, quiz answer, or other submission, you confirm it is your own and does not violate anyone else’s rights. You give me permission to use, display, and share testimonials and feedback you send me in my marketing, with your first name or initials, unless you ask me not to. I may remove any comment for any reason, including spam or unkind content.

No Guarantees
I share my best, but I cannot promise specific results. Your growth depends on you, your circumstances, and many things outside my control.
